Technical details

Description & composition

Freeze-dried live vaccine.
Clone 45 strain: ≥ 10⁷ EID50 per dose.

Indication

Immunization of broilers, layers, breeders, turkeys and native breeds against Newcastle disease virus.
For emergency vaccination against NDV during early infection.

Dosage & administration

Administer one dose per bird by eye drop, spray, drinking water or injection.
May be used safely from one day of age until the end of the production period.

Main benefits

Very low post-vaccination reaction; ICPI = 0.108.
Rapid vaccine replication supports a fast and homogeneous immune response.

Storage

Store at 2-8°C in the dark.

Precautions

Vaccinate healthy birds only.
Use each vial immediately after opening.
Use the reconstituted vaccine within two hours.
Add 2 g of skimmed milk powder per liter of drinking water before dissolving the vaccine.
For eye-drop administration, dissolve the vial in 30 ml of colored sterile diluent; for spray administration, use 250-300 ml.
